This policy applies to WhaleLives applications and this website. Individual apps may provide additional in-app notices when a feature requires more specific information.
2. Information we process
Our apps store preferences, progress, documents, and similar app data locally on your device. When optional analytics or diagnostics are enabled, limited product-interaction, device, app-version, crash, and technical error information may be processed. Some mobile games may show Google AdMob advertising; where present, Google and its partners may process device identifiers, IP address, approximate location, ad interactions, and diagnostics as permitted by your privacy choices. This website does not use advertising cookies or behavioral analytics.
3. How information is used
Limited analytics and diagnostics help us improve usability, maintain stability, prevent abuse, and resolve technical issues. Advertising information may be used to deliver and measure ads where an app includes advertising. We do not sell personal information.
4. Service providers
Some apps use Google Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, or Google AdMob. Google processes information under its own terms and privacy practices. Website infrastructure providers may process technical request data only to host, secure, and deliver this website.
5. Your choices
Where available, you can disable analytics and diagnostics in app settings. Local app data can generally be removed with an in-app reset option, by deleting local files, or by deleting the app. Core offline features continue to work when optional collection is disabled.
6. Retention and security
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes above, subject to service-provider settings and legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
7. Children’s privacy
Our apps are not designed to request names, contact details, or other directly identifying information from children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information.
8. Changes
We may update this policy when our apps, service providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the latest revision.
